Chef / Beach Hotel - Brittas Bay, Ireland

Salary: from €10.00 up to €11.00 per hour, depends on skill and experience

Location: East coast - Brittas Bay, Ireland 

Shifts: 8 hours per day, overtime availability

Job Description: Prepares foods to the specifications of the client. Prepares food before the arrival of guests. Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns. Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience. Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer. Assists other cooks during the food assembly process. Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. 

Requirements: Proven experience as cook - chef. Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake-ware. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. Ability to work in a team. Knowledge of English language at level A2, B1.
