The sender of the On-Line registration form by clicking the box I agree with the processing of personal data for the purposes of registration in the database of job seekers on the website www.vmrecruitment.com expresses his consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with § 13 - 1. a) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).

At the same time, it voluntarily agrees with the processing of entered personal data in the scope of title, name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, or other data voluntarily provided by it for the purpose of registration of job seekers by VM Recruitment s.r.o., based in Diviacka Nova Ves, 972 24, Slovakia, (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) for a period of 3 years from the date of sending the On-Line form.

 

At the same time, it notes:

• that this consent may be revoked at any time without giving a reason, in writing by sending a letter to the above address, or by sending an e-mail to: info@vmrecruitment.com,

• that his personal data may be provided by the controller to his intermediaries under the conditions laid down by law, that he has the right to request access to personal data concerning his person and the right to rectify or erase or restrict processing, the right to object to their processing and the right to portability; data and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,

• that the controller declares the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that the processing of my personal data is carried out in accordance with the law and that the measures taken are updated by the controller as necessary.
