Accountant - Human Resources Officer / Slovakia - Trnava

Salary: €900.00 - €1.100 per month, depending on experience

Location: Trnava, Slovakia

Job Description: Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Summarises current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. Maintaining employee records, Presenting benefits packages, Interviewing new employees, checking references and organising background checks.

Requirements: Knowledge of Omega accounting software. Basic knowledge of MS Office programs. Proven working experience as a cost accountant or in a relevant field. Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Mathematics Skills. Basic knowledge of labour legislation. Knowledge of English language is welcome.

Job Description: Web site administration, updating and adding information. Preparation of graphic materials for the web. Creativity, design, processing of advertising and promotional requirements. Preparation of marketing and advertising materials, online marketing. Written and occasionally telephone communication in both Slovak and Duch language with the customers of the company. Processing orders, address any complaints and propose appropriate solutions. Working with the company's internal system and updating company data. Cooperation and support in translating English / Slovak websites into Duch language.

Requirements: Active knowledge of the Netherlands language. Active knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Fireworks. Basic knowledge of MS Office program package. Pleasant demeanour and excellent communication skills. Interested in customer support work. Knowledge of English language is welcome.
